Pull the rear rotors off and inspect the shoes and if okay then adjust back there.
My parking brake is going a bit loose. I really have to raise it up. Does tightening the bolts at the lever in the cabin enough ? Or is it a lot more complicated than that. I checked the procedure on the E34 site, but it seems awful complicated and made for a complete adjustement, which I don't figure is what I need.

Yeah, what Jeff said. Adjusting the cables under the handle cover doesn't allow the proper mechanical advantage. That can only come from adjusting at the drums themselves.Originally Posted by 632 Regal
