Would I be insane to spend $1600 on these wheels?

HEY MIKE! Nice to see you here...I still haven't had a chance to get digital pics to send you [I bought Mike's EXTRA set of M Parallels for my 1991 M5].

Back on topic--

$1,600 is stupid high for Style 5s. They are a relatively common wheel and you can find them for much cheaper than that if you look around.

These particular style 5s have been refinished with Nogaro Silver Centers and stripped/polished lips. Pretty damn nice for what almost amounts to a new rim. But yeah, they aren't cheap.
