can you even get oversize pistons for an m50b25?
why bother?
Just curious, how strong is the block for M50's? Had a thought one day to buy a used block, re-machine it, punch it out, etc...Whats the most I could bore out to? How much power gain would it have?

i thought about that but my mechanic is right next to a shop that manufactures pistons, rods, etc...He can ask to whip up a custom set of forged pistons to fit
there would be a much better gain from increasing the stroke like a 328/528 with it's 1/2 inch longer stroke crank, not sure you could get a large enough over boar to see a difference
