    Default Rad sensor/ plug???

    Whats the sensor that plugs in the side of my rad? One of the 3 wires coming out of the plug has broke. Cheers

    Temp sensor - controls the aux fan.

    Aint the two sensors near the thermostat for that and the gange? The fan doesn't need controling does it cos its on all the time and speeds up with engine RPM. Am I right or completly wrong? Cheers

    The Aux fan - that's the electric one that's mounted in front of the radiator & the a/c condensor. It kicks on when temps get too high, like when stuck in traffic. The regular fan is connected to the crank via the belt, so does turn all the time the motor's running, but at low speed it needs help sometime. The aux fan also runs when the a/c is on.
