those guys have had that kit for a while, but apparently they're having serious issues proving the numbers posted. and they're under a lot of scrutiny from the FI world....

..... talk bout' burnin' the candle at both ends.....meth abuse always leads to tragic endingsQuestion: What is the life expectancy of a 1000 horsepower M3 engine? How long will it live?
Answer: 1000 horsepower M3 engine needs new piston rings every 40.000 km. Piston rings are very cheap and an engine rebuild every 40.000 km costs 2.000 USD. For a 1000 horsepower car 2000 USD is not a big deal every 40.000 km. Rebuild includes new piston rings, pistons are not replaced, a new headgasket is installed, and new oil is added ...
LOL thanks Omega but there is a little problem with DA motorsports. Go to www.bimmerforums.com and search "Mert" (the owner of DA) and "DA Motorsports". The guy built the car with parts that we use here in the US and claims 1000whp. The problem? Never dyno'd. His proof of 1000whp? "A car magazine editor took a ride and agreed it feels about 1000whp".
On bimmerforums.com there is bhp, rwhp, whp, and merthp - everyones stock 325 has about 800 merthp.
