Bad Vibrations 1992 525i

My 1992 525i just came home from the transmission shop $$$. New Tranny but now she has a bad vibration. Could it be the rubber piece between tranny and drive shaft (name unknown) Could the drive line have not been lined up correctly???? Any other ideas ????? Please help with links and other ideas

Its called a quibo or flex disc, do you have a manual or auto? Why don't you have them recheck everything since you paid so much money...
