    Hey do you guys know if the Ventil Sauber (Valve Cleaner) additive does anything?

    Seafoam.
    Lowered with blue h&r(?) springs, Bilsteins, tint, 19# design 3 injectors, Dual Magnaflow

    he means it does the same thing, although ventil sauber is designed specifically to remove carbon deposits.
