Upgrading Amp -- Which harness feeds speakers?

I've been following the threads on how to gut your amp and decided to upgrade my stereo by adding new 5 channel/subwoofer. Just about done but need to know which harness feeds the speakers and which feeds the stock amp (from the old HU). Going to the stock amp are two harnesses. One has a black plug the other has a white plug. Is there anyone out there that can tell me which one is the output to the speakers?

It can be from both plugs. The speaker wires are color, yellow with color trace, for the left side and blue with color trace for the right side. And either yellow or blue with brown trace is the - side. Ten pairs.
