So how do you change the low/high beam bulbs?
Do you just pop off the rubber boot where the headlight wires go into?

That's right! Both bulbs are H1. Seems like a simple question from a person that successfully removed the front grill (not easy the first time!), and managed to wire everything up! Great stuff!

NB: the 'ring' has 194 bulbs. I pulled one out to look.

I was hesitant to try and rip off the rubber on the back so i thought I would just ask instead.
Removing the front grill was much easier than I thought it would be!
Everything on this car seems to be way easier to do than any of my previous cars, plus I have experience from my auto 535i.
