    Default 1989 530I problems help? javier or shogun plz respond

    well i just got a 1989 530I the other day and the transmission is in safe mode, none of the dash lights work, and i had a hesitating trottle but i fixxed that by replacing the engine cpu with a cpu from a 535I as i couldn't find a 530I computer here in germany. Um... what i need is wiring diagrams for the whole car and fuse descripitions as everything on the car reads in german. Any help would be greatly appricaited. Like i said i need help the only reason why i bought the car is my wife and i are expecting a child in a month and i want to have it running well by the time the baby comes. thanks

    you will need help from Javier and Shogun on this type of problem, they pop on every other day or so, be patient and bump the post to the top once each day.

    Here's a link to wiring diagrams for 1994 model e34's. I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but hopefully they are similar enough to get you going.
