Default Strange Noise, vibration from clutch master

I'm finally able to get on the board again, had a virus that kept reinfecting. Anyway, I have a new noise. It sounds almost like a whining when I turn the key to the position right before cranking and when it's running. It sounds like it is coming from the area of the clutch master cylinder resevoir, also when I touch the resevoir it seems to be vibrating right along with the noise. Any ideas would be much appreciated, Thanks.

Default It sounds like the auxillary water pump, follow the hot water hoses to it on the

    firewall...
