Dunno about the first one, but the second one is the battery breather hose.
What are these wires for? They are on Rob's car.

Dunno about the first one, but the second one is the battery breather hose.
the battery breatker is supposed to drain the acid-laced overflow and gas out away from anywhere it can cause corrosion & damage the car. But you have an aftermarket battery whose manufacturer never thought/or cared about such things. When time comes, make sure you isntal the right battery so you can reconnect this... until then it will just work to corrode things under the hood with its vented gases. Seldom do they overflow, but if your alternator/voltage regulator goes wrong, anything can happen.Originally Posted by ArtemLepilov

Will reconnect it then. My battery has an onver flow pipe. I presume it connects to that.
Any idea on the first connecter then guys?
Thanks Artem and all.![]()
Is it not one of the 'redundant' ABS sensor wires - I have that plug too, but it is cable-tied to the inner wing, above the chassis rail and out of harms way!
