Saw some interesting Bimmers today

Had a BMW car club show n Shine....Only about 10 or 11 cars turned up,one 3.0 csi???with a 3.7 metric mechanics "tourque" motor ,a 633i in the process of rejuvenation,an immaculate 635 in JPS livery,an e28 525e a hand ful of e30 325s and a couple of e30 320`s, yours truly and a e46 328,,,,,was interesting looking at the various versions of the m30.....
The metric mechanic 3.7 in the old 3.0 puts out around 260hp and 260 ft lbs of tourque.....very fast aparently!,,,dummy forgot his camera,I was in a rush cos daylight saving ended today..SWMBO came home(I was still washing OZ) and said it was 10 to 11,,,,,,I was due there at 11 30....halfway there i realize she was still an hour ahead of herself....arrrrghhhh,,car looked really nice too......
Oh and while we were there an Aton Martin DB2 went out for a drive(the show was held at the local car museum.)
