Default OT: Good news from zmuff

I went to the clinic yesterday for my fourth round of chemo...I'm at the halfway point!!! The cool stuff is that I got the results back from the CT/PET scans from a week earlier and no cancer showed up at all! Although my body hurts like crap right now, my brain is on cloud nine. I still have to finish all eight courses of chemo to ensure the complete destruction of any cells that may be hiding somehow. But I am well on my way! Just wanted to let my worldwide family know. If I could drink right now, I would make a toast all of you with a nice serving of Glenmorangie single malt scotch on the rocks! Ahhhhhhhhhhhh, smooooooooth.

In place of the scotch, may I suggest a drop of what I consider to be nectar of the gods, the black stuff, you guessed it, Coca-Cola !

Cool, went back and read you're original posts since I hadn't heard. My son went through leukemia, off treatment now for 4 years, he's 10 now. 3 years of chemo sucks. Glad to hear you're doing good. Stay strong
