    Default E34 wheels

I am looking for winter tires/wheels for my 1993 525iT. I wouldn't mind original 15". If I get wheels from other 5 series, like 1997, will they fit? Thanks

The E39 5 series wheels will fit only with concentric rings. The hub on the E34is slightly smaller than that of the E39. Otherwise, the bolt pattern is the same 5 x 120mm. E38 7-series will work and I think E36 3-series might work.

I have old bottlecap 15" wheels, slightly damaged. If you are local to me (NYC), then you can have them if you want them, otherwise I dont think they are worth shipping anywhere far.

The E36 wheels have a different offset so they wont bolt staright on. I'm no expert but there is some really good wheel info in the search section. I recall recently someone getting rid of some basket weaves. Check back a few pages and have a look.

Qube has a set of mint basketweaves. They're in the f/s section and on the main page he keeps bumping it....

I have a set of 15" Borbet type E for sale. Really good shape. Just took them off, and installed 18 AC type I's. The tires will need to be replaced. 300 plus shipping. Bolt pattern is 5x120 with 20mm offset. They are silver with machined lip.
