Centre Vents

Could someone tell me how to take the centre vents out of the dash. Thankyou please!

Remove this grill (2 screws). Then you can get from there to the back of the front center grills, The rest you will see

thanks. I've done that much, i'm just having trouble pushing the clips down adn pushing the vents out at the same time. don't want to break anything.

ok i got it out and fixed the fins and my next question is about the little light bulb in the centre of the vents behind the heater control. After reading the recent discussion about what cars have illuminating heater controls etc i had a look at mine and the red and blue markings are painted on so why do I havea a bulb behind them? is it there on all cars regardless of whether the dial illuminates or not? thanks

Can you repost the images of where the screws are and how to remove them. The vertical vanes in my 530's centre vents have seperated from the lever that moves them left to right and I'd to either fix or replace them. please help.

I take it that yours have never lit up. Mine appear painted but light up.
