For those of you who remember what I'm doing (purchased M50 block with a bent crankshaft, returning to sender for replacement of the crankshaft).
From running car to block on a shipping pallet took approximately 8 hours. Its amazing how much faster it went this time. Before i knew it, I was once again staring at the top of my pistons. Out of interest, what would this job be charged at by a dealership or indy? Say a nikasil replacement for a rough comparison. I wish i could charge the vendor for my time based on dealer labour, but I he's being rather good about everything, abd frankly, its not that big a deal.
The block should be shipped tomorrow. This will give me a chance to r e s t..........
Thanks again, I'll keep the board updated on round two.
