e32 seats in an e34 ?

found some in a scrap yard ( e32 )

Are you talking about the front seats only? Yes, they will fit.
Are they automatic or with memory? In case of memory seats that will not function so easy, as you also need the mirrors with design for emory function, which are different inside and have more wires.
The rear seats: if they are from the L = long version: That is difficult to do as they are single seats and you also need the frame underneath. They are also a bit to wide outside and you would have to remove some stuff from the seat underneath to make it a bit smaller. But some have done it with the normal rear seats, not the single rear seats from the L version.

My front seats are from an E32, they fit without a problem. The rear seats did sort of fit, but they are slightly too wide and shutting the back doors requires more of a slam, it also turns into a hassle putting on the rear seatbelts.
In the end I found the rear seats from an E34 because it didnt look quite right.
