How do I remove my front bumper?

Ok, my front bumper is a bit misaligned... how do I go about removing... or at least loosening it to be able to realign it? Those rubber things between the bumper and upper body panels are also not placed properly.

Remove the side indicators and unplug
Remove the plugs from the fog lights
Remove the front bumper stops

Unbolt the 4 attachment points
Pull the bumper toward you to remove

You may want to have another person to help remove the bumper as it is rather ungainly and awkward, definitely want a helper for reinstall to help line up the beast.
