See the grooves?
Of course the PowerDisc is also ATE Original.
Hi Guy,
I just got fornt brake rotor from BMW and I ordered ATE PowerDisc and I think its suppose to like like this http://img.thepartsbin.com/live/N100027131APD.JPG but Its not. The box says "ATE Original", NOT "ATE PowerDisc". Do you guys have any idea whats differance between these two? Am I been cheated/ripped off, as being charged for better rotor (ATE PowerDisc, which I ordered) but being sent a cheaper rotor (ATE Original)?
Any idea?
Thanks al lot
Akhil

But rotor I got from BMA doesn't have grooves. It just says ATE "Original". That mean I have been sent wrong (cheaper) rotor than I order, Right? I am so disappointed from BMA.I didn't expect this likda service from them.
What should I do now? Ask them to send me another one?
Thanks
Akhil

I called BMA and they are gonna send me ATE powerdisc and mailing stickers for sending this rotor back to them.
Thanks
Akhil
BMA is all about customer service. If they make a mistake, they own up to it and correct it. They are usually the cheapest around for stuff too and ship quickly. I've used them for years and have never been let down. I consider Patrick and Yves my good friends.
