    Default Sachs lowering kits

Anyone here has some advise on the Sachs E34 lowering kit. Should I watch out for anything before proceeding??

it's used very commonly by members here. takes a few days to "settle" in but it is highly recommended

the rear shock has 2 positions

they say to use the higher of the 2 spring mounts/perches
but i want to use the lower

it is too steeply raked for my tastes and i think handing would
improve. ... rear tire wear tho whould be harsh =]

For what it's worth... the sach kit works well on my 95 525ia. make sure they sell you the correct kit as there is a diff. in front strut nut size..the seller should be aware of this though...

This has been discussed extensively before. The first thing I would ask you is what are you looking for in a suspension upgrade, what is your driving style, do you want something that you can add upgrades to, how low, just looks, etc. etc.?
