    Default Rear Heat - Not!

    Hi all,

Have a 1993 525i. The heat in the front works fine, but the rear discharge vents in the console that exit into the rear passenger area blows COLD! air, almost feels like the A/C is on. Any suggestions? I also replaced the microfilter, wow! what a difference!

Any help would be appreciated, Freezing in the rear in Upstate, NY

Those are fresh air vents, not heat. Heat is on the floor under the front seats.

    Default Check on e-bay

Lots of manuals on sale there. May have to search for a while to get a specific year. You may be able to order through the dealer as well.

I tried... but I don't speak or understand German! :s Online translators aren't exactly very accurate. I got the gist of the thing, but specifics are very difficult. :P

Default You can get copies from the dealer

I got a copy (and it really is a photocopy) from the dealer for about $12.
