Recentry, I replaced the water pump, the thermostat, and the cluch fan, and the car has been running great. But today all of the suden, the car star overheating again. If any one has any idea, I will appreciate any advice.

Thoroughly check all the hoses for leaks, and if you haven't done so, bleed the air out of the system.
By the way, it would help us help you if you filled out your profile with the car information so we know what engine we're dealing with.

Radiator cap replacement a great suggestion, mine had a crack in it and it gave me a hell of a time finding the problem, not saying it's your problem, but it's worth a look.

No I did not replace the radiator cap. I am going to try do that. I hope this will solve the problem.

What everyone else said ..it is the Cap..it was on my 92' 535i and had replaced everything else like you did.
