My wife speaks russian and I had her translate the captions..Evidently the photographer was tagging along with a patrol after hurricane katrina. He was with the national guard and it was actually one of the guardsmen he was with that killed the dogs when they found them attacking the cow.
I was a little disappointed..I was hoping the cow did it..
