Default Fitting Recaros in an E34

    Hey Guys,

This is my first post. I am working on a '91 535i that I just did a 5 speed conversion on.My current problem is installing two Recaro Style Toplines. I bought the seats through GMP in NC. They shipped brackets that bolt to the seats with very vague instructions about having to use the stock sliders with the brackets, with no further instructions on how to do so. I spoke to a guy at Recaro NA and he asked me to email him photos of what I am trying to do.Has anyone delt with this? Great group! Thanks,
    jhovi

For my SRD's, I used the Recaro supplied adapter brackets to mount the seats to BMW euro-style manual seat rails. This lowered the seats significantly from mounting them to the electric seat brackets.
