Replacing headlight lens

My right lowbeam went out tonight, and I'm pretty sure it's due to the fact that the lens is cracked from rocks and has a bit of water in it after having to endure this winters rain and dew. The left highbeam also has a small crack and has a small amount of water in it as well.

A few weeks ago I made a quick attempt to take off the lens so that I could empty out the water, but to no avail. It looks like I have to take off the entire front facia in order to do this. Any good sites for this?

I just posted this yesterday. Yes, to replace the headlights you will need to remove the front grill. It also helps if you have a Bentley's manual.
