    Default car not starting right away

    Is it normal for 90' 525 manual to not start up right away in cold weather?

    my car has always taken a while to start. In the cold weather, it cranks slower, but still take the same amount of time. I think it has something to do with fuel pressure.
    Lowered with blue h&r(?) springs, Bilsteins, tint, 19# design 3 injectors, Dual Magnaflow
