did you lower the car? it will look dumb if you haven't..

with 19" rims you will be raising the car up.. unless you have really low suspension they will look too big for the body and you will get the offroad look

dont' get me wrong.. i'm all for big wheels but unfortunately the 17" and 18" look best on the e34

but yea, if you do get em slam that puppy and it will look great. made sure to post pics

also.. 10" rims will ***NOT*** fit on the back unless you grind down the control arm about 3mm .. and while you shouldn't have play in the wheels to begin with.. that's not a lot of room to move

lastly, the less rubber you have, the more prone your car will be to that annoying 55mph shimmy.. and you aren't likely to ever totally get rid of it, at least not for long.

these aren't baseless opinions.. my buddy owns a wheel shop and we tried several combos before deciding on the 18" i have below \/

Did you lower your vehicle? Or are those stock springs?

Agreed on the 17" or 18" wheels looking best on E34s, just an opinion though. I have to wonder what effect that big of wheels will have on the ride quality though, that's not much rubber for a car that originally came with 16" or 17" wheels. Also, unless those are forged marvels, which for $790 they aren't, you're going to have a pretty big increase in unsprung weight, not a friend of good handling.

Good point. How do most of the aftermarket 17s compare to the stock 15s weight wise, if anyone knows?
