    Default Best intake flow kit?

    alright so i want to improve my intake. I know the stock box is a little restricting. So where do i start whats the best out there? i know Bav auto offers there flow kit with the K&N , its on "sale" right now over there but i dont know if theres a better bang for my buck?


    can anyone help me out

    Don't do it. Only gain you will get is throatier sound and more dirt.

    make one? i did ill go out and take some pix when it warms up. i think it cost me <4$ and looks good

    Default Hmm..how do you know the stock box is restricting?

    Consider that both Alpina and Dinan didn't offer an upgraded intake kit for the 535i. They did offer kits for other cars.

    Just makes you think that maybe BMW got it right on the 535.

    hmm this is very true, well maybe i wont and ill save myself 100 for that kit. my buddy and I are going to cut a hole in the wheel well right infront of the air box, so more air come rushing into the box. and yes of course were gunna put a dust catching gril on on whole.l
