VIN number
Where should I be looking for the VIN number? Previously I was advised that doors might have it, but it only has info on what type of tyres are suitable and this number: 2 122 130.
Under the hood there is this number:
WBAHB52050GG454228
Is this the VIN number?
I also tried looking towards inside of the car through front window, again did not see any number?

Mine has a little plate on the dash board.

But realoem does not accept the last 7 digits, it says 'not found'.

The last 7 digits, should all be numbers. Are you sure you wrote them down right. Do you have the vehicle registration? The VIN should be there also.Originally Posted by t_marat

I will look again tomorrow at the car. It is in a bodyworks garage.

Well I put in GG45422 and got a result!
You have an E34 sedan, 520i euro model, made in Feb 1994, M50 engine, left hand drive & manual gearbox.

Thats right!! I must have confused the numbers!

That's what I thought. My 7 digits start BB, so obviously yours starts at GG, then I chopped the 8 off the end and voila!
