What's with the non-OEM front fog-lights? And how come you have the 3rd brake light on model year '92?

'92's didn't have 3rd brake lights? My '89 does.

My doesn't and it's euro-spec 10/91! Maybe it was an option? Anyone?

3rd brakelights have been mandatory in US since '86. Some US BMW's, 5ers only, had them in '85, IIRC.
