I live in LA but also had a '95 525iA in Queens,NY. It was stolen last week. It was Green color with nice Tan leather. It was all stock. Vin# WBAHD6328SGK50407. I have a feeling it will be parted out. Please let me know if you see any suspicious sellers from NY. Maybe on ebay or craigslist or anywhere else.

So whats the story? Where was it when it was stolen? What do you know about how it happened? What do the police say about your chances of getting it back? Here in San Diego, if you don't get them back immediately they end up in Tijuana.

Well actually it's easier than u think. Only because it is a BMW doesn't make it a vault on wheels. My buddy had a 350z, thinking it's a new car and everything, had it stolen right form his driveway.

Sure, just get a flatbed and pick it up.

But...laser cut key, EWS/DWA, shift interlock, double locking doors, column lock = a little bit beyond what most chrysler/gm/ford screwdriver jammers can swing.

    my personal favorites:

    Ah yes

Back in the bad old days (mid to late 80's) my wife (gilfriend then) had a 78 Ford Escort, they only made four different keys to fit them. It was stolen six times. What made it worse was we kept getting it back.

In the end we decided we had had enough and were going to sell it. My Brother in Law bought it from us and 2 months later (you guessed it ) it was stolen again, but he didn,t get it back. The insurance company only gave him 1/3 of what he paid us for it.

    All the best

    Bob
