Default Front end lower on passenger side

I just bought a 325 and was measuring up the wheel wells for new wheels and noticed the passenger side of the vehicle is 1 inch closer to the tire than the drivers side. Please dont flame on me cause its a 3 series and this is the 5 series board but that place is a desert. Visually from the front I can notice the car rests lower to the right. Any ideas on what this might be caused by? The car drives straight with no problems.

did you ever runa carfax for accidents and inspect the unibody for anything out of the ordinary? It is possible that you are luck and 1 spring cracked on you, inspection being parimount right now though.
