89 auto tranny question

My 89 525i with the ZF tranny just started blowing tranny fluid out the dipstick
when driving.
I checked the level and it was very low, filled to the proper level, drove 10 miles in stop and go and had the same results. At idle, not in gear, it is fine.
It functions fine, shifts like normal and goes into drive and reverse . Any ideas or pointers.

I checked it warm on level ground . I have noticed it is foamy on the dipstick.
