Well Kris - I'm trying to follow but not being very successful. In general, you have two options for cooling.
Number one is to direct air over the top of the caliper. This is how the 540 pickups work.
Number two is to force air up the rotor hat and thru the rotor vanes. This tends to be a more complex solution as you need to modify the rotor shroud to connect the ducting and force air up the hat. More of a full blown racing solution; check the M3 racing sites etc for examples.
Anyways...you should be able to direct air of the caliper with your setup, the trick will be finding a way to mount the output of the hose such that it points to the caliper. Consider that any mounting will need to be pretty "firm" so the hose doesn't get redirected at 100+MPH.
