E34 mirrors
hey all, new e34 owner here and the car I just bought has M3 mirrors on it. They look nice but dont mount worth a crap. Anyone have any advise they could give. There is basically a gap most the way around the mirror causing it to look bad and lots of noise on the highway. Didnt know if anyone made a kit that made mounting easier.

break out a razor blade and cut out some of the rubber matting on the door sill.. mine had the same problem and after a bit of trimming it set in fine. 2 min fix.
