My dad has a volvo wagon 1994 seems no power to fan on radiator relay cannot
find fuse anywhere that has to work with that circuit?
Want to ask someone on a volvo board.
Any help appreciated...

On the 850 you've got a fusible link inline on that red wire coming from the starter-
To the relay as pictured here, that fusible link is probably blown.
