    Nope, none of the e34's had the wide grille until '94 and the 525 didn't get it until '95.

    All 530's & 540's had wide grilles starting from '93 (here in Oz).
    525's got the wide grille here in '94.

    1990 E34 535iA, 215,000kms (130,000 miles).

    correct. mines a o6/93 build and its got wide grill. any how thats a lovely looking e34. congratulations.how much?

    I know all the 530's and 540's had the wide grille. I just didn't know any were sold as '93 models. So you could buy a '93 530 or 540 in the US?
