    What is the cheapest way to ship a chip from the US to Australia? Everything I can find is around $60

    Post is probably the cheapest. Airmail would ensure a speedy arrival. I would put in a bubble bag for safety

    If it's just a chip, then usps 3 to 5 days air mail, won't cost significantly more than 4 to 6 weeks boat.

    us$60 to send a chip. What dimensions are the box and how heavy is it?

    USPS rules. The good prices are all here. Beware the overlap between airmail mail and airmail parcel- airmail parcel costs more if you use it for shipping a small enough item to go normal airmail.

    and keep the total value (inc shipping) below $250AU or risk paying an extra 15% or more to Little Johnny and the the future killers....
