I am, 235/45/17 front, 255/40/17 rear, I love the handling, I would only buy staggered for my 540.

Why for only a 540? I have 535 5speed, and am looking at 17x8 front and 17x9 rear.

i think he ment he would only but them instead of regular wheels, he did not mean that he would only buy them for 540's, its a tricky depiction of words, but i think he ment it this way

I am looking into 17x8 front and 17x9 rear.

I have 235/45/17 for the fronts and 255/40/17 for the rears. The ride quality seem to be the same as 235/45/17 on all fours. I noticed the turn-in seemed to be sharper and it reduced understeer compared to 235/45/17 on all fours. The staggered setup is the way to GO! I have staggered on all of my cars.
