    Kamado... phonetically similar to "Quemado", which is Spanish for "Burned."

    Which, depending on your cooking style may be a good omen...

    Couldn't possibly do justice to the best steaks in the world - grass fed Simmental x Hereford cattle from my farm in the Southern Highlands of NSW !
    The only thing you need is a HOT hotplate BBQ and some Robertson spuds.
    Its all good !

    i think you could get the same effect with one of those egg things and some header tape, wonder how that'd work on a webber but it wouldn't look as good

    outrageously priced!

    if you're serious about outdoor cookin', you need a chargriller barrell style full size grill, with the heavy duty cast iron cooking grates.
