Pundit has some good advice there. I don't like Monroe shocks, I have no experience with them though, they are australian made. get some konis and never look back. to decrease the body roll larger swaybars are great. kmac and whiteline in australia both make them for the e34 and adjusatble if you want it. Kmac can also make you some springs. Shipping wouldn't be that much and if you get someone to help you out, then duites and gst etc are minimal also. the m5 sways are the cheapest option. Another option for the front is a front strut mount bar. Bruno's rear delrin inserts should make the rear a bit stiffer also.
