Those who do CAD, computer aided-design, know that many of their jobs have been shipped overseas. Unfortanately, even though they are actually producing a product, they do not fall under the definition of manufacturing. This becomes troublesome for them as they do not qualify for unemployment, which among other things, would include some type of reeducation to help them work in a closely aligned field.
