What is the p/n or where can I buy a 3mm spring pad?

What is the thickness of the stock pads? Wondering how much it will set it down to add the 3mm pads top and bottom.

stock ones are 9mm.

Edit: looks like the stock lower pad is 3mm but the upper pad is 9mm.
