Default Tips for Removing Bumper Strips?

Anyone have any tips for removing the bumper strips? Looks like they have tabs that could be damaged if pried out.

Default Not realy, as long as you pull out ...

first the front/rear half of the corner, as the side half of the corner srips are to be slided front/rear and then pulled out. In the rear bumper, the center strip is to be pulled out first.

Best way you remove the front corners by taking out the side parking lights and GRAB THE SIDE PARKING LIGHT HOLE for leverage and pull straight forward (pull direction is towards the front of the car, not side ways). Use little bit of force, nothing will break... It will just pop out. After both front corners are out, you can pull the center forward. For the rears, do the same but pull straight back (pull direction is towards the rear of the car). I changed my bumper strips and it was easy...
