no the real pain in the ass is the door panel falling apart, just did my door brake monday and needed to whip out the hot glue gun to reattach all of the mounting pads, not one of the bastards stayed on when i pulled the panel
all america wants is cold beer warm cat and a place to take a poop with a door on it

Agreed locking mechanism it's a bitch. Did this about 6 years ago on a friends car. Still have the scars on my arms to prove it. The fact that BMW reinforce the area and add anti-slim-jim plates to stop people using coathangars to open the door doesn't help.
