Dilemma: Broken Low beam, inspection Friday...

I ordered a set of Euro Ellipsoids this afternoon. The dealer wanted $140 for a single low beam lamp! I said BAH to that and ordered a whole Euro set. However, the set will not be here in time for my inspection this friday. Does anyone know if I bought the US lamp from the dealer could I return it the next day? Also, is there anyone in the Philadelphia area whole could "lend" a driver side low beam for an inspection? Thanks in advance.

dont you have a certain period of grace to rectify the problem ???when we get our 6 monthly Warrant of fitness,s if we fail we have 28 days to get it right,reinspection is no charge.
