change outside mirrors

I just bought a '92 525 and want to change the mirrors out to the newer '93-'95 style. Are these a direct swap and where is a good place to find used mirrors?

Should be a direct fit, I've been thinking about the same swap. It's not too high on my list of future upgrades though. Sometimes used ones will show up on ebay. Here's a company that sells em new: http://www.bmwautobodypartstore.com/...M525I4747.html
