    Default Spinning window motor

More like cranks. It sounds as though the motor has broken free from the window. I had the door worked on by a body shop when someone scraped me a few years ago, so I figured I could take it in and have them fix it. However, if it's a 45 minute job, I'll do it myself and save the hassle. Has anyone ever dealt with this before?

    Thanks,
    Dave

Default Remember once my LH side rear door had something ...

similar, and it was as simple as loose screws holding the motor into the window motor-gear.

Just tight them all, and done!

You should check it to see what is going on.

my driver's motor and wind-up mechanism were making awful squeaking noises so i took the door trim off and greased it up as it was running dry. it took me about an hour all in to do the job. I'd do it yourself and save a bit of money. its not too difficult. just read up on how to take the door trim off.
