K79 relay : Where is it located ?.

In my saga, to get the fogs working on my 95 touring, I checked the wiring diagram and noticed a K79 relay that drives the fogs. But could not find any other reference to where this relay maybe located.

Pls help/advise. My Euro touring has all German words on the fuse boxes etc, its foreign alright. Also, the relay box near the steering fluild reservior had only 2 relays in it!. A black one to the left and an orange/yellowish one. Do know what thats for ?.

(otherwise relays are inside LKM), the K79 relay is under LH side of dash, per this link:
